Stephanie is an ortho-pelvic physical therapist, meaning she specializes in pelvic floor PT and considers a holistic approach, taking into consideration the whole body. She founded Fortis PT and Pelvic Health in April of 2023 to help active adults regain control over their bodies and return to the activities they love most.
In the episode, Stephanie and I discuss all things prenatal exercise, as well as get into the details of sciatic pain and SI joint discomfort - what they are and how we can manage them.
